Erection of a "Spite Fence" by Emjay Fencing

Mike Harris , his son and staff, despite being advised by solicitors that they were working on disputed ownership land, have proceeded to erect a solid panel "spite fence" completely blocking a previously uninterrupted view of The South Downs in the middle of the National Park. They have erected a solid panel urban fence, on agricultural land, not fit for purpose (if the horses don't knock it over the high winds in winter will - straight through our bi fold doors no doubt) with no use whatsoever other than to completely block out our view... and just metres from our doors & windows.. the whole of the back/side ground floor includes 10 panels of bi fold doors installed to enjoy the view. They proceeded against my solicitor's warnings and despite being informed that my partner was convalescing, having just been discharged from intensive care with a subarachnoid brain haemorrhage, caused through stress. Inhumane behaviour in the circumstances and coupled with outright bullying
